Brand new 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom (1 Ensuite) ground floor apartment in the quiet tranquil resort of Retamar.  This apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has airconditioning/heating in every room.  The fully fitted kitchen contains ove, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.  There is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin room and a single room with ample room for a cot, separate shower room and ample wardrobe space.  The views from all rooms are stunning and overlook the Cabo de Gato Natural Park and the Mediterranean.  The lounge diner is large and has sofa and sofa bed, table and chairs, tv and dvd.   Wheelchair access is easy and there is a communal pool within the complex.  The beach, shops and bars are approxmately 20 minutes walk away (3 minutes by car) and also the Alboran Golf Course (see our Golfing holidays page o­n our website).  The Golf course is flanked by a selection of 4 and 5 star hotels who welcome the use of their facilities by non residents.  Ladies why not treat yourself to some pampering in the health suites whilst the men play a round of golf.  Almeria City is 14km from the apartment and is well worth a visit for a cultural day and also some shopping in the large hypermarkets.  The large port offers trips over to Morocco. 
Almeria Airport is approximately 10 minutes drive and airport transfers can be arranged with a vehicle large enough for 5 passengers and golf equipment.  Car hire is recommended when staying at this apartment to fully appreciate this area of Andalucia.
