This top floor apartment has
stairs up to the front door, which leads into the open lounge area. The
lounge is nicely furnished with comfortable new furnishings including TV with Spanish and English channels, DVD and CD players. The
kitchen is off the lounge, and is fully equipped with all white goods
including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom is also off the
lounge, with a double bed, built in wardrobes, and a full en suite
bathroom. The second bedroom is off a corridor, and has 2 single beds
and built in wardrobes. A second full bathroom services the second
bedroom. The master bedroom and lounge have air conditioning which also supplies heating for winter months.

From the lounge there are patio doors that lead you out to a good
sized south facing terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, or sitting
and enjoying the all day sun or enjoying a drink in the warm evenings
as the sun goes down. There are lovely views from the terrace
overlooking the communal gardens and walkways, lined with water
features, and across to Sierra Cabrera mountains in the distance. There
is a covered allocated parking space close to the apartment.
Thalassa is a secure walled and gated resort, with security porter at
the entrance, giving the resort an exclusive country club feel.

Andalus Thalassa resort was completed in June 2007, and has 3
communal swimming pools including a children’s pool, an indoor pool, a
fully functioning Spa and Fitness centre, with gym, tennis courts,
sauna & Turkish bath facilties. There are gardens and walkways that
