La Mata is a very nice complex, situated at the end of Mojácar Playa, towards neighbour village Garrucha. Approximately 200m from the beach road. The communal grounds consists of well maintained communal gardens with a large swimming pool in the middle and sufficient parking space. Not far from this complex is a very nice and popular sandy beach, with small Hotel and restaurant / bar called Rio Abajo. This is a third floor apartment on La Mata Mojacar Playa and comprises: lounge/dining room with TV/DVD/Satellite English & Spanish channels and access to terrace, modern fitted kitchen, main bedroom with double bed - built-in wardrobes & access to terrace, second bedroom with one single bed and one double bed and built-in wardrobes and o­ne complete bathroom.
