This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom detached villa with sea views to the Mediterranean in the lovely small beach village of San Juan De Los Terreros in Andalucia in southern Spain.

The Villa has it's own swimming pool and off street parking through automatic gates on the drive. The villa is in a small residential area in a Cul-de Sac with no through traffic, and 5 minutes from the beach. There is air conditioning units and ceiling fans in the villa and window shades on all the windows along with fly and mosquito nets. There is a seperate wash/drying room. There is a seated BBQ area to the rear of the property, and a dinning area by the pool, which is covered and you can look over the pool area. The pool itself is in the sun all day and the property is enclosed by plants and trees so very nice and private. There is outside dinning, along with lounge which also has a dinning area, and a TV room with Spanish and English channels. The kitchen comes with dishwasher, fridge freezer, blender, coffee maker. The kitchen also has a filtered water system, for drinking water, no need to buy bottled water.

There are two airports that fly in to this area, both are just over one hour away, Murcia to the east and Almeria to the west, (most of the economic airlines fly to both these airports).
