The house is Spanish style with bedrooms upstairs, this allows wonderful views from the living area and its 3 terraces, from the front terrace you have garden and sea views the rear terrace looks up into the mountains the side terrace overlooks quiet private gardens. The house sits on a small prestigious gated community "La Romeral" which has beautiful tropical gardens with swimming pool. La Romeral is enviably on the front line and directly opposite the blue flag beaches of Mojacar Playa (50 yards to the beach!). We are within close walking distance of a large variety of bars and restaurants. The nearest well stocked supermarket is only 200 yards away, or further afield there is a selection of Tesco type supermarkets where English products are available should you require them. For our guests reassurance we run the house ourselves and are only a phone call away should any problems arise.
