Cardiff Airport is a UKP 15 taxi ride to the city centre and has an airport shuttle bus that connects the airport to various locations and major hotels, fare UKP8, runs every 15 mins from 06-00 to past 00-00. There is also a train service from the local nearest station Rhoose (1 Mile) to Cardiff Central, not sure on frequency. There are three hotels close (1/2 mile) to the airport, various rack rates. Plenty of long and short term parking.
It''s located a few miles from Junction 33 on the M4 the connecting road is half dualed, half two lane that can be very busy at rush hours. All the usual terminal shops and facilities. Plenty of sitting area. Not affected as much by air traffic congestion as its on the West coast and the traffic does not get snarled up with London and airports further North in the UK.
