We employed Chris Bligh as Project Manager firstly to recommend various reputable building and painting companies to us and secondly to oversee the extensive maintenance and repair work required plus the complete repainting of the Complex. with respect to these tasks Chris Bligh performed very well indeed. The works commenced in November 2010 and finished in April 2011, during this time Chris was on site every day and was allways available to answer any and all questions from any owner.

Communication/updating on progress was continuous throughout the project which was important as we are not residing in Spain.

On coming to Mojacar to look for a bar/restaurant to buy, I contacted Chris Bligh who I have known for 20 years or more while living in Ibiza.
He not only found our property for us but "project managed" it and helped to design what is The Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant on Mojacar Playa.
Together with his architect and builders he managed to turn a challenging project into what we have today.
