We booked a 2.5 hour trek (both my daughters and her friend are very experianced and have there own horses). We arrived on the monday(after a 1.5 hour drive) to be told that they had only one instructor and that he was injured and could not take them out. I acept that accidents happen but they could have phoned (as i left a contact number) also i am a little concerned that they had only 1 instructor. On the plus side i am assured by my daughters that the horses in the paddocks were well looked after and fit especialy a mare with a foal who have a seperate area which was very clean - It is my opionin that on first site this is a good if somewhat small yard were the horses would apear to be well looked after and that this may well have been wrong time wrong place - When booking we had to go to the "hotel" - the lady receptionist is very nice BUT my Spanish was better that her english she was as helpfull as i could resonably expect and polite - My advice would be to ring book the trip (i cant remember all the rates) 45 euro for 2.5 hour trek to the beach) and ring the same day to confirm (ring at 08.00) as you need to be there by 09.30.

The lady in reception was unsure about riding hats (now we are realy taxing my spanish) but said " look in the school there should be some there".

Directions - You cant miss it head towards san Hose and follow the sign posts ( ? exit 471 from the motorway) they are building a new road and it will look like a dirt track (worse than a dirt track) and it is on the left as you approach the pueblo - If the day is a wash ou the beach is cool and the village very nice - Use the showers by the hotel San Domingo to get rid of the sand - The beach is sandy as opposed to further doen the coast where it is shingle
