We have been living at Camping Negra for 1 month and love it. It''s freindly and clean. The views are stunning of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The plots are large with your own electric hook up,water and waste disposal - so no more lugging your waste across the campsite. The security is really tight i.e. letting reception know when you have visitors, this makes us feel really safe and secure. It is a real sun trap and most pitches benefit from the sun all day. The wind can really pick up so awanings need to be very well pegged down.
There is a supermarket and although some things seem pricey it''s quite handy if you forget soemthing from the supermarket.
The nearest beach (Macenas) is 5 minutes away and Mojacar beach and playa is a pleasant 30 minutes walk.
There is also a large pool and 2 jacuzzi''s to cool down in summer.
