I personally didn''t enjoy this as much as other people might. It is a fantastic experience, although be prepared to have to crawl on the floor and crouch underneath extremely low rocks. No the best trip if you suffer from even the slightest form of claustrophobia.

Great trip and well worth a visit but this is a little different from a walk through a cave in England. The easy trip involves a little scrambling or some crawling on your stomach if you don''t want to scramble. English speaking tours are on certain days and as we were the only people there in mid June we had the guide to ourselves. For the more adventurous there are harder trips available. Although not far from Mojacar the area is very quiet with great scenery and fascinating rock fomation.
Be adventurous and do it - we are in our 50''s and not exactly the slimmest people in the world but we managed fine.
