We used David Moxham to build a swimming pool for us and it has been a disaster. The pool was built 3 years ago and, so far, we have spent over €4000 in repairs and are currently facing another €8000. Unfortunately Mr Moxham refuses to respond to any mail in respect of the work or the guarantee he gave us.
The root of the problem was that he had no idea of Spanish building requirements and the work was substandard in many respects.
He is now building houses as "Manzana Properties" and I would feel very unsafe living under any roof built to the standard of our pool and surround.
