Highly recommended, everything was clean and everything worked. Very relaxed style apartments, shops and sea a few hundred yards away. Lovely view from Balconys, clean swimming pool and bar. Food was reasonable enough and friendly staff. Not the place if you want an early night as there is singing late into the night and early morning. There is a payphone near the entrance or nearby Internet cafe/Phone Bars which were cheap. Apartments have Gas Cooker,ample Towels provided, Kettle and Toaster, Sky Tv ( ours had no British channels, but, CNN had British style news and watching The Simpsons in German gets quite fun after a while). One downside about roquestas De Mar in general in June is that there were a lot of flies, the place is not dirty, but, the flies are from the Fruit and Vegetable parts of the town which is where many locals make a living. We purchased an Battery operated Fly swatter which humanely electrocuted the flies off ebay and it did the trick. Another thing is the Sparrows come and sit on the balcony and there are some lovely feral cats around the apartments, but, they keep themselves to themselves and there are notes not to feed them. We will be back again as we enjoyed it and made some friends.
