We are property owners in Spain, but live in England. We purchased our property in 2007 on the Noravel Estate and discovered Carol and Derrick Towlson!
For us it was a worry, when we made our decision to buy, as to how we would manage holidaymakers staying at our villa. We first met Carol & Dek when we rented a villa, through them, whilst we were sorting out the final stages of our purchase. Since then, we have never looked back!
What price do you put on never having to worry? We are only able to visit our villa three times a year and for most of the summer months it is occupied by holidaymakers. For the rest of the time, we know that it is well looked after and maintained by Carol & Dek. The feedback from visitors has been 110% positive; nothing is too much trouble. If a light bulb goes, and there are no spares in the drawer, they will supply one; if the DVD player is ‘challenging’, they will lend one; if it is too cold (in the winter obviously) they will supply extra blankets!
The villa is always immaculate on arrival and welcome packs can be provided at very little cost. Most importantly, Carol & Dek are always available to meet and greet visitors and are on 24 hour call.
For us, not only is it complete peace of mind knowing that our visitors and our property are well looked after, but we now regard Carol & Dek as our friends and cannot praise them enough for the help, guidance and friendship they have given over the past four years. Trust and peace of mind – priceless!

What can I say about Carol and Derrick? Really the question is what cant we say about them! Not only do they welcome you like family but they give you the peace of mind that they are truly Guardian Angels! There when needed - which this year we most certainly did - accommodating us from our earlier than expected arrival to towing us off a beach in baking hot sun and then giving us a lovely farewell early on a Sunday morning 4 weeks later. They are both constantly smiling and always ready to help or advise. The villas they look after are spotless and well stocked for both linen and towels. The pools are maintained to the highest standard and done so unobtrusively that it doesnt interrupt your day. Nothing is too much for them and the attention they give is first to none - even down to replacing light bulbs as soon as told. Unfortunately they were unable to join us on party night this year but maybe next time! Thanks again Carol and Dek. - Fenlon family and Barlow family July/August 2010.

This is the second time in 2007-8 that we have used Guardian Angels to book holiday accommodation, both properties have been excellent and the service from Carol and Dek was very efficient and very friendly. We will be booking through Guardian Angels again next year as we are very impressed with the service provided

Rik and I recently used this agency. The instructions were plain and straight forward, Carol and Dek were friendly and hospitable. So much so, in fact that if our property is ever ready (!), we will ask them to manage it.
