i have been going to reqetas for many years and bob and carol are the best british bar there, carol even came in on a day off to cook for us one eve, all meals are excellent and with 241 on drinks you can not beat the value. you could not wish for a friendlier bar nothing is too much trouble, looking forward to many "happy day`s" to come,

Our very first flight out of England, and on our Thirtieth Wedding Anniversary, we go to Roquetas De Mar and what a lovely resort it is. First morning wanting breakfast we come across a British Bar called HAPPY DAYS, and what a great warm welcome we got from the owners Bob & Carol, the food is cooked to order and great value. The Sunday roast is fantastic, just one sitting at 2pm, freshly cooked veg meat of your choice & gravy, all piping hot. ( Be sure to book a table ) and drinks 2 for 1. Just like to thank Bob & Carol again for making this a fantastic first trip abroad to this lovely resort of Roquetas, and for the Bubbly.
We will be back.

the staff are polite and very friendly,and the freshly cooked homely food a real treat. you must try the traditional sunday lunch, but beware! book early and dont have a breakfast before hand.

what a great place , carol and bob are the perfect hosts nothing is to much for them to make you feel at home ,the food is first class you must try the sunday lunch all fresh veg nothing frozen and the deserts are to die for mmmmmmmm, they even do a airport pack for your return home and that is a godsend (if you have ever had to buy anything to eat in airports you will know what i mean) all in all the perfect place to go for good food and great company, WE WILL RETURN, you can count on that .

Just got back from a weeks holiday in Roquetas and found this to be the best british bar in the resort. The food is traditional english pub grub and lives up to all expectations, cheap night for drinks and food especially when they pull out the free drinks vouchers. Bob and Carol will make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. We have 2 year old twins who can be a handful at meal times, but between carol buying lolly pops and Bob providing toys from behind the bar, we managed to have a few stress free nights. Will deffinately recomend you to any of my customers who visit the area.. Thanks

a brilliant clean cafe / bar . Bob and Carol made us extremly welcome . a 2 4 1 BAR all day every day !!!!! this bar is fully air con inside,which believe me is a godsend when eating
The bar is used by the ex pats so it tells you everything.
The food is excellent value and make sure that you have a large appitite on sunday if you want a roast dinner it is THE PLACE TO EAT.
The thing that impressed me is the unbais local knowledge where to eat if you didn''t what english food .Bob told us of several places go even though it takes business away from the bar!!!
Overall a fantastic relaxing bar with friendly staff and cheap. A must visit. We made some great friends and are returning next year.

Happy Days... Sunday Roast the best just like Mum used to make, really nice place to eat ask about the fresh dessert which is always on offer on a Sunday, will be back again.
Always find the place friendly and the staff a happy bunch, visiting again in May with friends.

stayed in Roquetas 14-19 Oct 2005.....HAPPY Days = home from home what you want just ask for and lovely friendly people and polite people as well. We liked the area so much we are returning 30 Jan for five days.

We stayed in Roquetas from the 18-25/10/05, the weather brilliant the food and service at Happy Days was on a par with the weather..!

Fantastic place to go and they made you feel welcome. Bob, Carol and Dermot were very friendly. The food was very tasty especially on Tuesday Night Curry Night!! Definitely worth a visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We found the pub to be very reasonably priced and especially the guys enjoyed the 2 for 1 that lasts all day.
Definitely would recommend you visit whilst on holiday.
