I think you could have been more helpful to my brother after installing the Avipack............he is still unable to get online and it''s been a good few months since it was installed. He has tried to contact the tech help and they just ignore him. Today he rang again and was answered by an English speaking person who just left him hanging on and after half an hour or so, he gave up. I know you are just the installers, but I thought it would be a nice gesture on your part to help him out with the problem.
He lives alone and the internet would help him make contact with friends and that was the reason for him getting the system.

He cannot use the phone very well as he has poor hearing.

I hope this plea will tug at your heartstrings to help him a little.
