We found the ''Will'' procedure itself is very simple & straightforward, although we also wanted to make a ''living will'' (re rescitation, organ donation etc & found this couldn''t be done)

Because this is Spain, you can''t just pop down to the local stationery shop & pick up a DIY Will kit, and the formalities with the abogado & notary are minimal

However, unlike England you cannot disinherit children

Don''t just put it on your list of things to be done DO IT NOW, you never know when it will be needed
