I booked a car in June 05 from Almeria airport. The rep turned up on time, he had not got the car agreed, he had no credit card machine so I had to pay cash, his mobile was flat as well, so he could not call the office. I was overcharged the agreed rate being told the car had a full tank of petrol (which it did not), the car was poor, had a big dent in the side of it, poorly maintained, no power and rolled backwards when trying to go up hills!!!
I have spent the last 2 months being promised a refund for the overcharge, they promise to send a cheque to me, that still has not arrived in August. They promise to do a special deal as well as an upgrade as compensation, but when I attempted to book that, they took 5 days to tell me they had no cars available.
As a regular traveler, and car hire user I would say stay well away from this company, I would tell you who I used last time but not allowed to advertise. They were fisrt class
