David70584 wrote on Tue 2 September 2008 ...On our 4th trip in the last five years - and Its a very easy place to holiday because you get that perfect mix of totally Spanish - especially up in the pueblo - and crazy English - Mr UK, Blue Lagoon etc - so the choice is yours. It is getting busier especially the daily drag along the playa but it''s still worth it.... About the reviewer (David70584) ...

jacket wrote on Thu 31 January 2008 ...I visited mojacar in 1993 as an adventurer exploring spain, i absolutely
loved it. after exploring some of the european resorts i find this is a
remarkable place. myself & my family are looking forward to relocating
next month. I agree that some people are bad but in almeria itself it is
up to us the residents that reside by each other to keep it at bay as for me i love the place and believe that i am coming home.
such a lot of happy and beautiful people as well as the mountains.
the sea and landscape.

juanantonio wrote on Tue 25 April 2006 ...As a resident of Mojacar for the past four years, I canīt sing it''s praises enough. It is still an unspoilt gem in the crown of the Spanish Costas. There has recently been a lot of new development in the playa and, so far, this has been to it''s advantage. New businesses are opening all of the time - making Mojacar a thriving and increasingly cosmopolitan little town. We boast some of the best beaches in Andalucia, and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking in its raw beauty - the Med in front of us and the Cabrera mountains behind. The playa is very family friendly, and caters for almost everyone. The only people who would be disappointed with this stunning, Spanish resort are those looking for an equivalent to Benidorm! Out of all the places I have visited in Spain, Mojacar is still the only one I would choose to live in. A truly wonderful place, filled with truly wonderful people.
