Much of the advice is common sense, but which would be insufficient in itself without the specific know-how of the country''s own special legal procedures and requirements, dealings with vendors and avoidance of unnecessary pitfalls.

I particularly like the comment not to make ill-informed judgements and decisions "in the heat of the sun and holiday mood". How true! How easy that would be.
