I visited this restaurant for my birthday meal with my family whilst on holiday.
We ordered starters, my mum and I had Prawn Cocktail and my dad had garlic mushrooms. These were very tasty.
We then ordered 2 well done fillet steaks and a lamb on the bone. While I was eating my steak, I noticed a lot of fat round the majority of the steak. I cut a piece of steak that was pink/red. I complained to the waitress who spoke to the Chef and the owner and they both said there was nothing wrong with the steak. Bearing in mind, that I had only eaten a few chips and a bit of the steak they refused to use any goodwill and charged the full amount of 16 Euros. The other steak was fine and the lamb on the bone was fine but it was just this one steak that was never cooked properly to my specifications.
I was very disappointed and will never use this restaurant again.
Very poor customer service.
