Looking to experience real Spain? Then why not try a visit to Cuevas Del Almanzora in the morning. Here you can visit the hilltop castle with it's views of Cuevas from the top of the turrets. Go inside the museum and you will find an art exhibition set on 2 floors. Once you have finished with the castle, have a walk around this lovely old town. If you visit on Tuesdays you will find it is market day.

In the afternoon when you want to relax and unwind, take the 23 kilometre drive to the coast to San Juan De Los Terresos. Here you will find unspoilt beaches lined with beach bars and some of the softest sand in the area. It is a good area to go snorkelling from too. In the evening go in to the town to try one of the local restaurants before returning back home.
