The kitchen comes fully equipped with kettle, toaster etc. everything you would need in a modern kitchen. The lounge is open plan and has fully sprung sofa bed and two seater sofa. There is satellite television and DVD player. From the patio doors in the lounge walk o­nto the terrace overlooking the large private swimming pool. The garden is well established with mediterranean plants and several fruit trees. It is fully enclosed and fenced and is totally private. There is a large patio table with six chairs and parasol with base. There are also sunbeds with mattresses.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room with his n hers washbasins in a vanity unit. From the bedroom there is an outside door opening o­nto the private solarium with wonderful sea views and views of the mountains. You can also see the new Golf courses due to open soon in San Juan de los Terreros.

Sierra Vista is a "no smoking" villa but if you wish to smoke you may do so outside o­n the solarium or patio areas.

Inside the villa is fully equipped with games and books which you are welcome to use.

Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person or you may wish to bring your own.  Cots and highchairs can be hired from 10 euros per item per week. 

We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival in resort.  We also require a Security Bond of 200 pounds or 250 euros paid before arrival and this is returned after satisfactory inspection of the villa after your departure.
