This three-bedroom villa is modern, spacious and comfortable, furnished to the highest standards, with views over the hills and the treetops of the nearby campsite.  Just a short,flat walk (5 minutes) to the shops, restaurants and beach.  The property is in a quiet, exclusive development o­n the edge of the village, protected by security barriers.

Accommodation:

There is o­ne double room (with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room) and 2 twin-bedded rooms (one with en-suite bathroom and o­ne with en-suite shower room).

The sitting room/dining roomis spacious and bright, with air-conditioning and heating, and a wood-burning stove for those chillier winter evenings.  In total, there are four terraces with different aspects, so you can enjoy the sun (or the shade) all day long.

If you can’t be tempted by San José’s many restaurants, you will find the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal using the fresh local produce - plus a dishwasher to to do the work afterwards.

The swimming pool is shared o­nly between the other houses in the private development.  No outside access is permitted, offering a welcome privacy and relative calm in the height of summer.  Swimming pool hours: 1100 - 14.00, 1700 - 2000 (these hours may change without notice).
