Walking into the cave house you are met with rustic tiled floors throughout.  The lounge has two sofas one can be used as a sofa bed,  there is TV and satellite with Sky, through the archway you come into the dining area with mexican pine table and chairs and a working fireplace.  Walking through to the kitchen, which has a window and air conditioning, you are met with all the mod cons required including calor gas hob and extractor fan, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of wall and floor cupboards, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The average temperature throughout the year in the cave remains at a comfortable 70 degs!  It may be 90 degs outside but nice and cool in the cave!  

There are three cave bedrooms, two double bedrooms and o­ne twin bedroom.  There are two bathrooms o­ne with a walk in shower all tiled from floor to ceiling with  steps up to the fully tiled shower. 

There is a parking space for two cars and just opposite the cave entrance is the fully walled and gated pool area with kidney shaped 7 x 3m swimming pool and patio area with table and chairs and sunbeds.  This is totally private and secluded with beautiful country views of the surrounding mountains and cave houses.  The pool area also has outside lighting for those cool drinks served around the pool whilst watching the setting sun behind the mountains.

Within 5 minutes walk there is a typically Spanish tapas bar which is believed to be o­ne of the oldest bars in the area!  You can also have a "menu del Dia" here which is excellent value for money and served from 2pm during the week.

The main E15 motorway is o­nly a few minutes drive away, you are 5 minutes drive from the main Spanish town of Cuevas del Almanzora where there is a twice weekly market and o­nly 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of San Juan de los Terreros, Palomares beach is o­nly 10 minutes drive.
