The villa nestles in its own private grounds of olive and almond groves, a fruit orchard and mature palm trees, a typical Spanish rural setting, yet just a short drive from Albox and all amenities.  Electronic gates are in place and as you drive into the villa there is parking to the side of the property.  Situated in front of the villa is its own private spa, swimming pool and baby pool, complete with patio area, sun loungers and BBQ.  The roof terrace is a perfect sun trap and the views are stunning.  There are outside lights and in the evening when the lights are shining on the pool and the orchard the setting is simply idyllic.

ACCOMMODATION:

Bedrooms:  Bedrooms are heated, portable air-conditioning inc, double wardrobes.  Master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool & en-suite bath shower and bidet.   Bedroom 2 double bed en-suite shower.  Bedroom 3 twin beds.  Bedroom 4 has twin bunks.

Bathrooms:  Attractive, spacious bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Master bedroom has en-suite shower & bath. Bedroom 2 has en-suite shower.

Kitchen:  Modern, attractive fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area has a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, everything you need for everyday cooking or entertaining is catered for. The dinning area is perfect for more formal eating.

Utility Room:  Separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and also sink.

Living Rooms:  The tastefully decorated living space is modern, light and airy. It has a TV, sat channels perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends in the evening.

Other:  All rooms are spacious and very well equipped.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:  The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to and at the end of your visit. Clean linen and towels are provided. A welcome pack is provided to get your holiday underway.
