This 2 bedroom apartment is situated o­n the first floor of the newly built Tamarillas complex o­n the Valle Del Este Golf Course which is furnished to a very high standard. This apartment is ideal both as a base for golfing holidays, and family holidays away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal resort of Mojacar, but still being within easy reach.

There are 2 bedrooms both with twin beds, 1 of the bedrooms has an en-suite and both have fitted wardrobes.

The lounge area is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, TV cabinet with TV and DVD player while the dining area consists of a dining table with 6 chairs and a sideboard, this leads out to the balcony equipped with a patio table and chairs. The balcony overlooks o­ne of the 3 pools and the golf course, it also has fantastic views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a microwave, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer. All kitchen utensils and crockery are supplied.

The family bathroom consists of a wash basin, toilet and shower.

All bed linen and towels are supplied except for beach towels. The apartment is air conditioned through out.

Smoking is permitted o­n the terrace o­nly.
A refundable 150 euro breakages deposit is taking with final payment returnable within 28 days of departure after inspection of property (subject to no breakages)
25% deposit is taken at time of booking to secure the property. balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Occupancy from 2pm Vacate by 10am unless previously arranged.
