apartment is situated o­n the third floor and is serviced by stairways
and lift.  There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa
bed in the lounge.  The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge,
washing machine, extractor fan and is also fully equipped with crockery
and cutlery etc.  The bathroom has a bath and shower.  There is a tv
and dvd player in the lounge.  The bedrooms and lounge have ceiling
fans fitted.  There is a communal pool for residents. This apartment is
situated centrally for a typically Spanish holiday.  There is a
supermarket over the road, the beach is within 5 minutes walk at the
end of the Avd Mediterraneo.  This Avenue also has a large selection of
shops, bars and restaurants.  Flamingos Restaurant is a must during
your visit either for tapas during the day or for a lovely evening
meal.  There is a bus service opposite the apartments which will take
you to the Thursday market, Gran Plaza Shopping centre with shops,
bars, restaurants, hypermarket, cinema complex and bowling alley. 
Mario Water Park is a short drive away (open high season o­nly).  Car
hire not essential when staying at this apartment and airport transfers
can be arranged.  Welcome packs can also be prebooked.
