It is within a 10 - 20 minute drive from 4 other major golf courses & the beaches of Vera and Mojacar and the fishing port of Garrucha.  Near the main entrance to the golf resort. The complex is named Los Olivos II.  

It has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. A furnished lounge/diner, shower room and outside terrace on the ground floor. On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms with balconies and a family bathroom. The third floor has a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a sun terrace. The house has its own front and rear gardens and over looks the 6th hole. There is satelite TV in the lounge. 

It has a communial swimming pool and parking area for our complex with security gate.
