This beautiful traditionally Spanish villa is situated in a quiet area of San Juan de los Terreros yet within easy walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurants.

Comprising of three bedrooms and one bathroom, one of the bedrooms is a double bedded room with wardrobes and has air conditioning supplying both hot and cold air.   There is a twin bedded room with larger than average twin sized beds and wardrobe and a ceiling fan.  Also a bunk bedded room with desk top fan.  The family sized bathroom comes complete with bath and separate walk in shower, washbasin and w.c.

The large lounge/dining room is furnished in the traditional Spanish style and  houses three piece suite in pine,  dining table and chairs for six persons, hifi system and English T.V. channels.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker and is fully equipped for six persons.  

Attached to the rear of the property is the walk in garage.  (you can access this from the main house) and an up and over garage door if you wish to store your car.  In the garage is the washing machine and water heater.  There are also heaters available for the cool evenings for your use.  

The outside of the property is very private and has mediterranean fruit trees and cypress trees and offers both sun and shade.  There is a patio area housing the BBQ and patio furniture including sunbeds and tables and chairs. 

Although there is no pool at this property the beaches are within walking distance and if you wish to hire our softub this can be situated at the property and heated ready for your arrival.

Prices start from 235 pounds rising to 395 pounds in the peak period.  Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person.  Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
