• Clients can make travel and accommodation arrangements tailored to their needs. Accommodation can range from a luxury hotel to a self-catering apartment suiting different budgets, giving the clients full knowledge of the costs involved. (We can of course make travel, hotel or self-catering bookings o­n behalf of clients.)

• Clients pay for their own meals, again suiting personal budgets and giving control over costs.

Lynx properties Almeria S.L.provides:

• A welcome at your arrival airport plus courier service to and from your selected accommodation.(For purely practical operational reasons, the airport used and accommodation selected must be within a reasonable travelling distance from our Mojacar/Vera base.) Suggested airports, Almeria City 1 hour, Murcia/ San Javier 1.5hours and Alicante 2 hours.

• A o­ne-on-One property tour, which is not shared with anyone else, showing a range of properties tailored to your requirements and based o­n your budget.

• Clients with space to consider their options properly without agents or representatives hovering around them at meal times or late into the evening. However, for practical reasons, we do lunch with clients.

• A courteous service throughout all aspects of your tour.We treat clients with respect and as individuals, not as sheep to be herded around in groups.

Having chosen your dream home, Lynx Properties Almeria S.L. will:

• Guide you through the buying process, step by step, ensuring you understand what is going o­n and the various costs involved.

• Introduce you to an independent, English-speaking, Spanish solicitor who looks after your interests and works for you, not us.

• Provide you with regular updates o­n the building progress of your property.

• Advise you regarding the moving in process.

• Subject to purchasing a property, o­n a following visit we will collect clients from the airport and transfer them to their chosen accommodation.During that visit, clients will be allocated o­ne full day to finalise choice of tiles, kitchens etc.On the day of departure, we will return clients to the airport.
